All orders will be shipped out via FedEx Ground. Once your order is received please allow 2-3 days for preparation and then your order will be shipped out and you should receive it within 3-4 days depending on your location. Shipping rates are based on the net weight and quantity of boxes.
All orders will be shipped out COD or PREPAID
COD - Cash on Delivery
Only Money orders or Cashier Check will be Accepted (No Exceptions)
PREPAID - Bank Deposit
Once your order is ready to ship, we will call you to provide the bank information and once you make the deposit your order will be shipped out PREPAID.
All returns, broken and exchange merchandise must be claimed within 2-3 business days after receiving your package. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after this time frame.
Please follow these steps below to correctly ensure that your claims are processed.
- All returns must be in their original packaging, (E-Cigs, Grinders, Scales, ETC). Packaging must be free of any defects to ensure full credit or replacement.
- Make sure to properly inspect all items for functionality and if there is a defect in any product such as an E-Cig Unit, please call or email us immediately to authorize a return.
- All credits will be applied to customers’ account upon receiving the defective items in question.
- Items that are not damaged will be placed under a restocking fee of $25 or 10% of the total whichever is greater.
- We do not refund with company checks, only credit on future purchase or replacement of items.
